We have an existing 12x30 free standing pergola with 6 composite greek columns. Were not sure whats inside the columns. Were thinking its probably rotting 4x4s. With the wind on Friday, the columns cracked at the base and started listing to one side. This is something that needs attention immediately. I have secured the structure with boating straps, but another wind and it will be in the neighbors yard.
