I think spray foam is what I want. The issue I'm trying to solve is this: I currently have insulation batting between the first floor and the basement ceiling in the unfinished area of my basement. That room is approximately 15' x 25'. The electrical service comes in there and I have mice coming in somehow. Wil-Kil advised me to get spray foam installed to replace the batting as that would seal it up an prevent mice from getting in. Thanks
