This property has been vacant for a couple of years. I haven't actually seen it myself for 8-10 weeks. The lawn was extremely overgrown and there is a shed on the side of the house that is overrun with ivy. Though I like some of the picturesque appearance of ivy growing on a building this is out of control

Hello, we recently purchased a home with a lovely yard and garden, but we are clueless and need help getting things established and understanding how to care for it. Also, we want to make one section more private and we have a few plants that we need to plant. The most pressing issue however is that we now have a circle in the grass and it appears to be dying, so we've treated it for fungus. And now I just noticed that we have some black leaves on some of our aspen trees. I would like some help getting everything sorted and things that need immediate attention tended to. Thank you!
