This company is absolutely amazing I contacted three different companies and these guys are the best mike is 20 star guy.his knowledge is amazing we just had moved into this house I saw droppings in the garage and then I saw a rat I was so sad I called a rodent proofing company and they didn't do much -then mike came and explained everything to me the insulation was in three layers and covered with rat dropping I felt so terrible I have a little kids and I wanted them to have a nice home .. mike gave me the best price they are so professional- their crew came right on time and worked so hard from morning until night such sweet people they really care a bout doing a great job .they took out all the insulation from the attic they cleaned and sanitized and rodent proofed the attic and put beautiful pink new r 30 insulation in now my home such a pleasure to be in the air feels lovely and the house feels light thank you mike and attic stars for being a company with integrity and high performance- thanks for making this home so beautiful and clean and rat proof I highly recommend their service Helpful?

Best Questions to Ask an Insulation Expert Contractor

How much do I have to give as a deposit?

Some companies may require a 10% deposit, some may not require any. For larger projects, you'll almost always need to give a deposit, and it's good to ask how much the deposit will be before going forward with a project. The Humble contractor will know how much they need for a deposit when they've given you the estimate, so ask early.

Do you work with subcontractors?

The question is great for some industries and non-applicable for others. A general contractor, for example, will by definition employ subcontractors.
