Remove my garden tub and replace with a shower stall. I want a Corian base, a seat, some hand bars for safety and built in shelving of some sort. Will need to remove the floor tile and replace it. New lighting. Some other minor cosmetic work. The room is small. Shower stall area is 42X60. I may want to look at a nicer shower system, depending on the price of the project. I have enough cash in savings, so no financing will be necessary. I have not picked out any materials yet. I do know I want very little grout to clean.
