Cabinet Refinishing

I am planning on refinishing the kitchen cabinets and drawers/doors. I want to strip them down and put on new doors and drawer facings. They are currently painted but I will be replacing the doors and drawers so the frames would be all that need sanding/stripping. I need 1 new cabinet (soffit hung) 7' wide x 15" tall x 21 1/2" deep with a finished back, & 4 doors. 19 other doors: 2 @ 26t x 17 1/2w, 6 @ 28t x 17 1/2w, 2 @ 22t x 13 1/2w, 2 @ 22t x 11 1/2w, 2 @ 22 1/2t x 10 1/2w, 1 @ 26t x 11 1/2w, 2 @ 10t x 17w, 2 @ 11t x 16w. Drawer facings; 2 2 5 3/8 x 13 1/2, 2 @ 5 3/8 x 10 1/2, 1 5 3/8 x 11 1/2, 1 @ 3 7/8 x 11 1/2, 1 @ 5 3/8 x 32 1/2 (possible tilt down?). We will be putting in a quartz counter top and want to update the cabinets to look more modern but with little or no design to catch grease and dust and no pulls or exposed hinges. We will also be replacing all the appliances with charcoal Stainless. I have pictures with labels that I can send.
