Outline: To remove existing base cabinetry under-counter and to install new modular IKEA cabinetry supplied by owner.
Details:
1. Disconnect sink-plumbing
2. Remove base cabinets in 2 sections (2\\\' long and 3\\\' long on either side of oven). Save existing laminated countertop and sink/plumbing.
3. Remove approx 8\\\" backsplash tiles.
4. Assemble and install IKEA modular cabinets in 2 sections (2\\\' long and 3\\\' long) in the same space as in #2.
5. Temporarily install saved countertop and sink/plumbing (to be used till new countertop is installed on a later date by another contractor)
5. Prepare wall for installation of new backsplash tiles.
6. Remove and dispose of debris.
7. Building is co-op with elevator. Contractor should carry papers that is typically required of contractors by coops. Owner will obtain permit from co-op.
