I need a storage unit built on a slight slope. Lean-to style, basic. Ideally, with two separate sections: 7x8 for art storage, and then 3x8 for garden supplies. Both sections under one roof, both sections with a door. the 3x8 section could have a double door for easier access (lawnmower). No windows.

Ive recently cut a hole from top level to bottom level for stairs. Framed walls on each side but would like a quote on someone putting in stringers and stairs. Basement level is new and we are in a wet area so Id like to install something that could get covered in water for a day or two and not be ruined as I imagine that will happen at some point.
