We have a large concrete pad/deck on top of the second floor of our home (built about three years ago. A few months ago we noticed water damage in the ceiling above our foyer. The foyer ceiling is directly under the pad. There are a number of narrow cracks in the concrete pad but we dont know if they are the source of our problem. We need to have this problem corrected as soon as possible.
