I had a toilet leak from an upstairs bathroom into the downstairs bathroom, unfortunately undetected for a little while. Want to have the drywall torn out and replaced in the bathroom below (toilet/sink bathroom). Small bathroom, about 4 1/2 ft by 5 ft. Have started some of the drywall tearout. Some mold, but mostly seems contained to the drywall. Looking for a quote on removal of the rest (most of it) and installation of new.
