Problem was discovered during Hurricane Matthew. Some water spots were showing on a small section of drywall and on a small section of my ceiling. I removed a wall mirror that was stuck to the wall from the water that entered. We discovered ants had bored their way into the wall from outside. I have since had pest control spray for the ants and need to have my wall/ceiling repaired. I'm looking for a licensed contractor.

I had water in ceiling, between 1st and 2nd floor, Plumber identified a pipe, and replaced with new pipe, in the process identification, we have to cut dry wall in kitchen, now that need to be fixed, but based on Plumber it is good idea allow to dry...by that it will easy for Drywall contract ....otherwise I may run into MOLD issues, which I agree. At this point of time, I want someone to come and evaluate...and give me numbers....then as long as I feel number is appropriate, then we have schedule date for the work to begin.
