Water damage in two rooms caused by leaking roof. Roof is scheduled to be replaced, will need one area of
ceiling replaced in upstairs bedroom (attic above) has textured/pattern to ceiling, one sheet of drywall
will need to be replaced, the rest may be able to be repaired/painted. and one area above kitchen nook
drywall probably doesnt need to be replaced in kitchen nook, very small area where textured part came
down/off. but will need to be fixed to match pattern.
