Hello. I have several issues needing repair:
Hole in garage where a person fell through from the attic
Water damage in a couple feet of popcorn ceiling in living room that may just need patching and retexturing, but would like estimate to remove and retexture the whole ceiling (approx. 15x22) if patching cannot be made invisible
Two vertical wall cracks in living room and one horizontal crack above window
Two minor wall cracks in bedroom
Water damage in closet popcorn ceiling

1. 650 sqft new drywall installed and lightly textured
2. 25 sqft drywall (cut out because of water damage) repaired and textured
3. 500 sqft ceiling textured (maybe painted as well...)
