Due to a hole in the roof the walls are swelling and has a strong odor. The walls are so soft from the rain it cause the sheet rock to fall apart from the wall leaving the installation wet. It cause the frame to mole from the water dripping from the outside into the inside hole inside of the wall and ceiling.

Looking to get my garage mudded and taped, already has drywall. Job to include cleaning drywall of dust/webs, minor nail/screw patching, possible reseating of some drywall that isn't flush, muddling/taping, and applying a mildew resistant primer.
