One whole wall in master bedroom got water damage over the years from sprinkler system that was right outside the bedroom. We noticed the wall started to lift up from bottom all the way to top. Don't know how bad the damage could be on the inside. Maybe having to replace the 2 by 4 and also the insulation. Also would like to get it painted. The bottom edge of that wall has tile. So tile might have to be replaced after the whole wall is torn down.
