I have a laundry list of electrical issues. One of them needs immediate attention. Timing is more flexible on other issues.
A circuit in my kitchen is not working despite the breaker being replaced and the outlets being replaced multiple times. I'm currently having to use my kitchen appliances on the dining room floor. I would like this fixed ASAP.
We are also looking at remodeling our master bath. As part of this I want to move the location of a fan, and add a ceiling heater if possible. This is on another circuit that has had issues over the years. I would like the circuit evaluated and quotes on the electrical for the bathroom remodel.
In our original home inspection, it was noted that some of the wiring was done incorrectly. I would like the wiring in the house evaluated and quotes on repairs/updates. This includes updates on an older panel.
The inspection also noted multiple issues with the garage wiring. I would also like this to be evaluated and to receive quotes on repairs.

* Ceiling light/fan does not respond to remote. Light will come on with switch but cannot regulate dimmer or fan.
* Basement light will not respond to on/off switch and I have replaced and checked all ceiling bulbs, which are fine.
