We are looking to have our floors refinished ASAP. We close on our home 9/13 and need them done before moving in. It is approx 700 sq ft. with a stair way of 15-20 stairs and railings. The floors are original to the home. The home was built in 2007. We would like them to be refinished as well as stained a darker color.
