It would be an installation for a bathroom. It is roughly 28 sq feet. We already have the marble tile purchased and the cement board down on the floor. The only furniture that would need to be moved would be the toilet

Additional Details:
I have a TERRIBLE dirt, wax and pet build up on the floors...I have been able to clean a small portion of the hardwood floor and it looks GREAT...but all of the main floor in hardwood...and it's very labor intensive on your hand and knees...I have seen people utilize a buffer and a cleaning pad to safely remove the build up and then reapply a wax. The job is approximately 1000 sq. ft....the floor doesn't need sanding...just a good cleaning.
