Doors sticking, small hairline cracks above door frames and a growing horizontal crack in the bedroom ceiling starting in the middle of where the door is and unevenly moving to the middle of the ceiling, starting to sag a bit.

requesting foundation inspection, suggestions and estimate to fix problem areas if necessary. there are cracks along corner walls/ceilings at one side of house, started this past winter, now with water spots seen in basement on same side. seems likely foundation shifting, needs evaluation. thank you
