Beside for repair estimate, your company will issue an inspection certificate/ letter for a fee?
I am buyer of the property and expected to complete the purchase of the house as soon as the loan is approved.
For a condition of the loan approval, the bank has asked licensed roofer to take a look at the roof and asked a roofer to issue a letter/ inspection report stating something like below statement.
"The roof is still in good condition and have adequate life with proper maintenance. No need to replace the roof."
You must be busy for busiest season for your business I could wait for a few months before you can work on my roof, but what I need immediately is if you could issue the letter/ inspection report for a fee for the loan approval purpose.

During the 2016 rain season rain water started to pool in my bedroom which is behind the chimney. It seems there may be a leak near or at the chimney. There are no water stains on the roof or walls only on the floor near the chimney.
