We recently purchased our home and it has a geothermal unit. We are unfamiliar with this type of system, so Im not sure what to expect. AC worked well and felt like central air that I am accustomed to. It has started to cool off now and I have had to turn to heat. It was 44 degrees outside when I woke up 2 hours ago. I had my heat set at 68. It was 66 in the house and it seems to be blowing cool air. It warmed to 68 but never stopped blowing cool air and is now back down to 67.
