We have a Tripp Lite SRCool12K portable AC unit that we used to run 24/7 until it stopped putting out cool air. The unit turns on and has not external physical defect. I feel that it either ran out of refrigerant or the compressor died, since it no longer puts out cool air in the front and has not hot air coming out from the exhaust. I would like to get a quote to see if this is something we want to repair. We did purchase a replacement but if economical, I would like to have this unit repaired to keep around as a spare.
