I have a room above the other two bedroom with vaulted ceiling. Not quite sure about the exact sqft at this time, because I am in the process of purchasing the home. I will be moving in around the 15 June and just like to get an idea what the sqft price, availability, Government Rebates are. I do believe they are 6" roof rafters to be sprayed, close cell foam.

Ceiling discoloration from winter storm (foyer 2 story, family room 2 story, master bedroom).. No additional apparent leakage during subsequent rain storms.. Ceiling repairs being made today, resulting in loss of insulation in those areas. Replacement insulation needed.
