Water is entering crawl space of our home and settles in the lowest level of the crawl space. I pumped out 36 gallons a few weeks ago and after the heavy rain two days ago i pumped out 24 gallons. I believe its coming from gutter downspouts that go directly into the ground. The home is built on a slight slope and water needs to be diverted away from the home. Maybe I need a sump pump as well. Please help. I love my home. Thank you.

exterior foundation in a corner is degrading and cracking, due to excess water from the roof during a heavy down poor. I do not have gutters in that area, would prefer not to have them installed is drains are sufficient.
