This is a ventless natural gas fireplace. (No chimney) We're requesting service & repair for a possibly bad thermopile unit. The wall switch is fine. It will start up the fireplace; but it doesn't stay on. The pilot light is blue & healthy looking. (Pilot light works fine!) That's about all I can think of.

I am wanting to get a 2 sided gas insert for an existing log burning fireplace. I believe a gas line has been run there.
