My damper in the chimney is not sitting square within the chiminey. Its like sitting corner to corner. My wife and are unable to take any measurements because we are both handicapped. I can tell you that the fireplace has been in place for at least 27 years with no work being done on it. We are both in our mid 70s and would appreciate any type of financial assistance available.

Hi I have a masonry gas fire place now. Looking for a quote on a new gas insert for the space. It is 36 inches wide 28 inches height and 24 inches deep. I would also probably require a replacement of the copper gas line that is there now. Thanks
