Front stoop with four steps; need railings installed. Sidewalk with curves, approx. 20 ft X 3 ft., plus sidewalk approx 3 ft. X 10 ft with edging. Small sidewalk, curved, approx. 4 ft X 3 ft.
Bricked area in back of house, no curves. Need cement and sand underneath where snakes, voles, moles and tree roots have disrupted the area. Front and back will most likely be done one year apart to allow for financing.
