We have a room at ground level which then has a basement further down from that. The room at ground level has a strong odor near the bathroom and under the bathroom up a level. The ceiling does have some water damage but about two years ago the contractor found the problem of a leaking pipe. He replaced part of the ceiling where he cut to fix the pipe, but the smell is getting strong and is worse in certain seasons. Was wondering if you can come and give an assessment and help us understand if it is mold and what we would need to do. Do you charge for this assessment? Please give me a call. Thanks
