Hello,
I did an energy audit for my home and they found a small section of mold in my attic. The cause of the mold was from a blocked vent that the bathroom fan was connected to. The moisture was just going up into the attic right above the fan. I fixed the vent and sprayed the mold months ago and it is gone and hasn't come back. I cant get any insulation work done unless I have a written statement saying that the mold is gone. Could you come out and look at it and verify that it is gone and write up a statement saying it is safe to work?
