This basement has some mold due to minor water damage. The drainage problem was repaired by drain pro and now may possibly need a mold remediation before the underwriters will approve a loan for the buyers. A test concluded that black mold was not present or a factor!

I had a flood, the insurance company cut the walls 15" up from bottom of the floors. I was told by a contractor doing my kitchen ceiling, that all the walls that were cut have asbestos inselation comming out of the bottom. No one told me that from the insurance company.
