Spa is tripping GFI breaker. Electrician disconnected GFI breaker neutral to test for voltage delivery to hot tub control panel. Voltage holds until neutral is connected then throws breaker. Per electrician something in the tub circuitry is tripping the GFI. Control and circuitry of tub needs to be checked for ground fault and corrected.
