I have what I think is Saltillo/spanish tile. I am trying to find a company the can clean/restore it. I dont believe that it very old but there was a large rug that had rubber backing which stuck to the floor when I had a cleaning company clean the rug. There are remnants of the rubber backing on the floor. There are also a few small holes in the tile that I would like repaired/sealed. I really dont know what need to be done but would like someone to come look at it to recommend the proper repairs and give me an estimate.
