Hey there! I'm MJ with MJs Helping Hands!! I would love to help with your cleaning project! I do mostly re-0occuring cleans but do have some available slots for one time cleans. I do both standard and deep cleans - or what I call a 360 CLEAN. It is where the home is cleaned top to bottom inside and out. My experience is I grew up cleaning, worked for a cleaning company, went to business school & went out on my own. I am new to home you. I hope I get to meet a lot more amazing clients like I did with previous advertising platforms. I'm known for being very reliable & staying in contact. I work with an app that will send everything via invoice to your email. I have appointments M-F am/afternoon. I can be contacted at 314-280-8277. If I cant answer I'm probably out in the field...just leave a voice mail or text message and I will call you back with in 24 hours. How my appointments go is We set up an appointment & do a meet and greet. Then do a walk through of the house and you will let me know what I should focus on or if there are any areas to stay away from. Then I GET TO WORK!! :) When I'm all done I will let you know and we will do a walk out. Where we will comb over everything I did. My goal is to make sure your 1000% satisfied. I appreciate your time & business in advance. I have excellent reviews-just ask! I also donate a % of my income to NAMI!

This will be answered when you ask if all employees are licensed. The only way to obtain a legitimate tradesman's license is to be a legal or naturalized citizen of the US. The company may employ people in positions that don't require a license, however, so it's wise to inquire.
This is very important, since an estimate is just that. Many contractors will submit a "paper estimate", meaning they've written the estimate down on paper. The bill is the true amount owed and will almost always say "Invoice" or "Bill" at the top of the page. The bill should also list the date it was issued, the due date of payment, and a list of services rendered.
Always ask for references, and always check them. Keep in mind though that the only references you'll get are people who the contractor is certain will give him a good review. You'd also be well advised to check online review sources in Saint Louis as well, which will give you a broader view of customer satisfaction for a given company.
Many jobs in Missouri will require municipal permits in order to be approved by the town's inspector. It's always good to ask who will be responsible for pulling those permits, and if you'll be expected to do it. You'll almost never be told to pull your own, but knowing that Saint Louis Cleaning permits are required makes you appear to be a well informed customer.
