You can actually re-purpose items you already have at home or invest in some that you can use after October 31st. White pumpkins are an example of decoration that can look great all the way from Halloween until Christmas, and even after that. They work well as a table centerpiece, at the front door, in the living room, and pretty much anywhere else.

So instead of orange and black, go with white and gold and neutral color schemes that can give a more natural effect, or even rustic depending on your taste. Fall has plenty of elements that can inspire your decoration for both celebrating the holidays and the arrival of the new season as well.

You can start with you garden by using white chrysanthemums, apple baskets and white pumpkins. Use LED lights if you want to give a cozy lighted atmosphere at night.

Use white pumpkins of different sizes composing with items you already have, like your porcelain. Add seasonal elements to the ornaments, such as dried wheat bundles, hydrangeas and green apples.

If you’re looking to add a little more black, decorating with stickers and decals (or even sharpies) can have a surprisingly tasteful effect. Choose some stylish stickers and you pretty much have the job done. It will look terrific when composed in arrangements like these in the pictures.
