Apple Pie Cookies

You can either make this recipe fully homemade, or with store bought ingredients (if you don’t have that much free time). Generally speaking, they’ll probably taste the same. But if you do choose to make it all at home, you’ll have to divide your baking into three parts:
- Pie filling
- Pie crust
- Topping
It’s a delicious dessert recipe and you know what they say..“the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach” - I guess that goes for men, women, children, and even pets!

Pumpkin Chocolate Butterscotch Chip Cookies

This recipe from Delish is so awesome! I ate some of these couple of days ago and I’m already craving more just by writing about them. This is a regular recipe, but I also tried a gluten-free option at home by replacing the 2 cups flour with 1 cup rice flour and 1 cup cornstarch.
And check this out:
I found these chocolate butterscotch energy bars that you can break into pieces and use as chips in the cookies! It turned out delicious!
