This will be the third season that I am choosing Classic Lawn & Tree to take care of my lawn. Joe is a friendly business owner who really knows his stuff. I like the fact that I am able to choose how often per month my lawn is mowed rather than being tied to only a weekly option. Finally, I enjoy the simplicity of paying online through the invoices that are sent to my e-mail. That really simplifies things on my end. I believe that Classic Lawn & Tree is one of the most friendly and professional lawn care services you will find in east TN!
Best quality service that I have ever seen. The knowledge and professionalism is the best that we have ever experienced. Joe's complete knowledge of everything needed for our lawn and virtually anything outside our home is truly remarkable. Over the years we always struggled to find a company that was this helpful. Classic Lawn and Tree is a true professional company in a field that you rarely find any professionalism.
These first two questions should only relate to services or good purchased directly from the service provider. Many products carry their own warranties, like roofing shingles or siding. It's useful to know what these warranties cover as well as how long they last. The "warranty agent" question is important, because often warranty agents work with the manufacturer to get you repairs under warranty at a much lower price.
Always ask for references, and always check them. Keep in mind though that the only references you'll get are people who the contractor is certain will give him a good review. You'd also be well advised to check online review sources in Maryville as well, which will give you a broader view of customer satisfaction for a given company.
The question is great for some industries and non-applicable for others. A general contractor, for example, will by definition employ subcontractors. Most Maryville Landscaping companies do not, but there are exceptions. You should always ask this question to your service providers. If they do use subcontractors, ask if they're all licensed and insured independently.
This really only matters if you have a preference, but it is good to ask. If you have a strong ideological belief about unions or nonunions, it's perfectly acceptable to make a decision based on the preference.
