We used Dave many years ago at 2 different homes, first to build a 2-car garage + also turn an open porch into a sunroom (loved that room at that house!). At our second house Dave built a 2-story addition from the ground up (1st floor was an expanded family room; 2nd floor was a new bedroom) and moved our deck out plus expanded it. He does excellent work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him for any construction job. He can do it all, very capably.
