I assume that by "timeframe", you are referring to the span of time from when the job starts to when the job finishes, not the span of time from now to when the job needs to be started or finished. Also, I'm looking for the floors to be sanded. I will coat them myself. I just don't trust myself with a drum sander. I am in the process of purchasing the home. We have already signed the purchase and sale agreement and are on the final steps of making it officially ours. Our closing date is July 18th and we want to do the floors before we move in furniture. The floors are all connected and are the livingroom, hallway, and two bedrooms.
