Approximately 20' x 20' room and a hallway roughly 30' x 4' along with a stairway of 14 steps all were hidden under carpet because of light to medium scratches. In the hallway there is some discoloration from water damage the stairs have several holes from where carpet mounts were placed.

We need roughly 1000 sq. feet of hardwood stained. The existing hardwood is only five years old and in excellent condition. We just want it to be darker. The sq footage does not include one set of stairs or a couple banisters. Thanks.
