We got new gutters this spring but some of the downspouts flood. Some just come out onto the top of the gravel and flood and some go into drains under ground but those back flow and bubble up and flood.

I routinely clean every other year...this is a three story Victorian and luckily no pigeons this year, but I think seeds ended up in a top gutter and at a corner.
