Single story home with seamless gutters installed 2 years ago. 2 downspouts in both front and back. Needs cleaning. One area needs reinforcement.

Two rear spouts underground could be somewhat clogged due to no drain caps on ends where they come up from ground. One of the ends is covered with dirt and rock. The two front ones near sidewalk also have dirt and debris from once not having drain caps. There are caps now but they have to be removed so drains can to be washed out or vacuumed out at the ends. As previously mentioned, the two front ones are capped but need to be removed so underground drains can be cleaned. Then we would like to know if it is recommended install screens over the drain gutters to prevent leaves from falling into gutters. Single story house.
