We hired Thomas and his crew in May to enclose a carport to make it into a master bedroom. My grandfathers house I inherited only has 2 bedrooms and we need 3. Thomas said that that could do the job by mid June and we would love the end results. We didn't have much money, my grandfather left me enough to add the room on so we could move in without taking out a loan but just. Thomas wanted to be paid in installments. He was very friendly and his workers were clean and poliet. No red flags. Mid June came they were running about two weeks behind and less than half the work had been done but Thomas assured me they would finish the job and I would love the end results. I gave him his 3rd installment and everyone left for the weekend and never came back. 15,000.00 is what he got out of me and did less than 10,000.00 worth of work. Now it's mid August we are still not in the house and the room is still not done and we are out of money. DO NOT trust this man. He knew that this was my inheritance and he knew that my husband was a disabled veteran and that we have two teenage girls. He doesn't care. He will take your money and not finish the work and leave you in a very big mess. I have tried every way possible to get him out here to finish the job but he just keeps making excuses and never shows up. He has no intention of finishing this job. He just took our money.
