“We are preparing an empty 3 bedroom raised ranch (1400 sq.ft. finished space upstairs with unfinished two car garage, laundry area and basement downstairs) for sale. Walls are newly painted so do not need cleaning. My list includes: Clean front door and surround, sweep porch Clean banisters Baseboards All upstairs windows and frames including exteriors where accessible Mop floors in 2 bathrooms, entry, nook and kitchen (including closet and pantry) Clean kitchen, including cabinet exteriors and interiors, pantry doors and shelves Oven has been put through self-clean cycle please wipe out and clean exterior of range Vacuum interiors of all closets Clean closet doors in master bedroom Bathrooms and MB sink and cabinet area Special attention to stains in MB toilet and shower (shower floor is covered in a layer of cleanser, stain is underneath Vacuum all carpeted areas dust all light fixtures, clean switch plates Downstairs: Vacuum garage, laundry room and basement floors, window sills and all shelves. Please bring a shop vac or sturdy canister vac for this, also a ladder to reach high shelves and a face mask to protect yourselves from dust and mouse droppings Clean downstairs windows (interior) Wipe down washer, dryer and shelf above these Please bring own cleaning supplies including vacuum and a ladder. Please do not use central vac. I am looking for someone who can come in the next day or two if possible ”
