Tim Morris started this company with a tool belt, a single truck and a belief that the formula for a successful business came down to a couple of simple things. Offer quality products, show up on time and treat your customers like you want to be treated. Pretty simple. That formula is working exceptionally well because this local business now has a fleet of trucks and a full crew of top level technicians. We're proud to be recognized as one of the most well respected HVAC companies on the North Shore. We're A+ BBB Rated (check out our reviews), a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer, Dave Lennox Premium Dealer and we install and service all major brands. In fact, if we wouldn't install it in our homes, we won't install it in yours. Whether it's a one-day ductless job, a full system replacement or routine maintenance, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Call us today. How can we help?

This will be answered when you ask if all employees are licensed. The only way to obtain a legitimate tradesman's license is to be a legal or naturalized citizen of the US. The company may employ people in positions that don't require a license, however, so it's wise to inquire.
Some companies may require a 10% deposit, some may not require any. For larger projects, you'll almost always need to give a deposit, and it's good to ask how much the deposit will be before going forward with a project. The Ipswich contractor will know how much they need for a deposit when they've given you the estimate, so ask early.
This is important mostly for larger jobs. Clearly a two man operation is going to build a home much slower than a 15 man crew. This is also a good indication of the overall size of the HVAC company, if that's an area of concern for you. The reason you may want to ask about the fleet is that fleet size is a good indicator of the mobility of the company. Mobility may not sound important, but it's hard for the Ipswich contractors to get to job sites if they lack appropriate vehicles.
Many jobs in Massachusetts will require municipal permits in order to be approved by the town's inspector. It's always good to ask who will be responsible for pulling those permits, and if you'll be expected to do it. You'll almost never be told to pull your own, but knowing that Ipswich HVAC permits are required makes you appear to be a well informed customer.
Always ask for references, and always check them. Keep in mind though that the only references you'll get are people who the contractor is certain will give him a good review. You'd also be well advised to check online review sources in Ipswich as well, which will give you a broader view of customer satisfaction for a given company.
