First off Frank seems like a nice guy, came out to do the estimate right on schedule we agreed on the price. We picked out our tile , vanity & counter top very smooth so far. Frank provided the start date and they were here to start right on schedule. Demo went ok ( no plastic hung up to prevent the dust bowl) nothing that a few days of cleaning won't take care of. Sheet rock / electrician very nice, but the walls were not ready for paint and it shows. Then enter the tile guy, this guy was the absolute worse. Didn't seem like a bad guy but he had more issues then sports Illistrated, used all my Home Depot buckets, left them full of hardend thin set. First day on the job he put down 13 floor tiles then called it a day, comes back on Sunday puts down 15 wall tiles and calls it a day.Monday was a full day and he had to remove 1 uneven tile and replace it but he said it was complete. The threshold was so uneven you could see it without a level, he comes back on Friday to level the threshold. I forgot to mention I lugged the floor tile in from the garage and helped him get the saw setup in the garage and you had no idea who he was going to show up with for help. The crew returned to finish up, Frank jr and the other 2 guys were also very nice.....but the vanity has a blemish in it . So here's the thing, I didn't hire all these contractors....I hired Frank. Frank needs to do some serious quality control and be more present on the jobsite. What we expected was a turn key bathroom project, add our paint / curtains and call it a day. We didn't beat them up on the price but we got a Lowes /Home Depot quailty bathroom remodel at a preimum price. Waiting on a call back from Frank since this morning Like the saying goes, make a customer happy and they'll tell a hundered people...................make a customer mad and they'll tell a thousand people
