You should not work with this company. Our pool was completed in October 2022. Even before the pebble was done I had mentioned some concerning cracks I saw in the shell. Bill discounted them as “surface cracks”. By July the following year (8 months later) the pool had cracked in that same area and has continued to crack ever since, even with multiple attempted fixes (I’ll give Bill credit on at least trying to fix it). The first “fix” not only didn’t work, but left the shell looking horrible due to the patches where the supposed repairs were done. Those patches cover roughly half of the pool. Bill kept saying “it’ll blend in”. It hasn’t. The subsequent “fixes” just made a new set of patches but the same crack continues to open up in the same area. Further, Bill is extremely difficult to work with. He interrupts you when speaking, he changes the design without telling you (e.g. he was going to have the skimmer extend into the walkway when that wasn’t in the plans), and his communication is delayed or nonexistent. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get a response after weeks or months at times. He has now sent us a letter from his lawyer saying he will not fix the pool or reimburse any costs for removal of the defective pool. Don’t risk falling into the same situation we are now in after hiring this company to build our pool. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache and costs.
