Hired Tom Collins to replace unfinished stairway railings with wall, including wall trim in early May 2016. Accepted bid and completion was to be within 2 weeks. The walls are not even in texture. The overspray for walls ended up on opposite and adjoining walls. His helpers are inexperienced and Tom consistently left them alone to work unsupervised. He ended up hiring some wall mud and texture guys to try and fix. They made a huge mess! He did not show up on time. He would leave without notice along with more messes and no communication on when back. Walls from sanding so called trim inside my house with a belt sander after finger puttying the uneven cuts has left me eating dust. Have spent hours trying to clean this nightmare of a job up. Still incomplete due to poor carpentry skills on wall caps and trim. The trim work is not even what we discussed. I got so tired of the job getting worse everytime he showed up, I finally told him we could try to help. Well, that was the last I saw of him.
