It is the beginning of a new year and if you are like me, you are gung-ho to get your entire home organized, orderly, clean, and refreshed this week...but then you thought about how impossible getting your entire house organized seems. However, what is feasible is to get your entire home organized by breaking large projects into small ones.
With that in mind, I have done some research and pulled together new and innovative products for you that I think will help you get organized. Some of these products are downright cool. There are links included to make it easy for you to find and purchase some of the items in this article if you are interested. I try to make it easier for you, that is my job and all of my suggested products are budget-friendly. Let’s get started!
Making it Easy to Fold Shirts
This is a wonderful gadget. It makes folding T-shirts, slacks, and some sheets much easier to fold. This product will take the guessing out of how to fold clothes. In addition, and even more importantly, this product will fold all of your T-shirts the same size, which in turn will make your drawer or shelf storage look very organized.
Hanging Out Made Attractive
We all need to refresh, purge, or totally revamp our closets. I do this often. However, the one consistent product in all of my closet refreshes are these hangers. All of my hangers are black. All of my hangers are thin to make more space. I love the consistency and as I continue to purge, these hangers have given my closet a pulled-together and organized look.
Note: I also hang my clothing by type and I color code as closely as I can. There are other colors and this product may be just what your closet ordered.
Stepping Out
This is a very innovative idea to store my favorite part of a wardrobe - shoes! It’s no secret, I love shoes and shoe storage is an issue for many of us. I found this product and I think it’s wonderful and it holds over 20 pairs of shoes.
My Secret Space Under the Sink
This is a wonderful under-the-sink storage idea. There are so many possibilities. You could stain or paint the compartments to add more color, and, depending on the size of your cabinets, you could add compartments. Of course, you could customize the project to suit several different cabinets in your home. I love this, don’t you?
Let’s Get Spicy
I found this product on the Staples website and I fell in love. The versatility is awesome and it makes everything look so compact. And my favorite thing is that the spice jars are normal size versus the petite size. I love this. Thinking of adding this to my kitchen cabinet storage once I get to my kitchen refresh for 2017.
Bonus: The Perfect New Organizing Product
I must be honest here. I have a friend who is always on the lookout for organizational products and when she finds them, she shares them with me. Thank you, Robin! She never lets me miss something great like this organizational system. This is such a cool system, it comes in different sizes, and you get a package, not just one. It is a good deal and you can order different sizes.
