But for those who have gift cards or decided to wait until after Christmas to go shopping, there are scandalous post-Christmas deals that are worth not putting the wallet aside quite yet.
The week between Christmas and New Year’s is when most major stores have huge blowouts, so if you haven’t given way to holiday pressure by now, good for you. There are so many items on sale this week that are worth keeping an eye on that you may able to indulge yourself on retail therapy without breaking the bank.

Macy’s After Christmas Sale
From home goods to designer apparel, Macy's is offering huge discounts both online and at their physical stores. Macy’s is offering an extra 25-percent off clearance. Check here for some astonishing deals.
JC Penney After Christmas Sale
JC Penney outlined a great number of items on sale. The retailer said that the offers are to include over “100 doorbusters” , new merchandise in teen section and also a white sale on pillows and sheets. In general their end-of-season clearance is 50-70 percent off. JC Penney opens at 6am.
Sak’s Fifth Ave
You can get up to 70 per cent off designer selections at Sak’s Fifth Ave. It’s their annual designer sale and many stores open at 8am.

The nation’s biggest retailer is offering electronics and toys at discounts heavier than ever before after the 2016 holidays. Wal-Mart spokeswoman Melissa O’Brien said they want to provide “ additional savings for items that customers will be looking for after Christmas.” In a press release, the company touts greater savings on toys toys and electronics as part of its post Christmas sales. It’s to include an e-machine 250GB netbook for $228, which is $150 less than a comparable Acer netbook they usually carry. Holiday deals are also to be extended such as their collection of Blu-ray movies for under $20. Wal-Mart opens at 6am Dec 26.
Kohl’s

Best Buy
Best Buy has announced that they will have great offers beginning Christmas Day through Jan 2nd. That will include a LeNovo notebook for $197 ( $100 off ) and diverse computer offers for those who have a gift card. For the first time Best Buy has disclosed their after-Christmas offers through a press release ahead of time. They said on an e-mail statement “ gift cards have been more popular than ever this year and that it made sense to us to reference their use to these deals come Christmas day and after.”
RadioShack
According to a RadioShack spokeswoman, a 48-hour after-Christmas sale will feature free phones across all carriers with a two-year agreement, and various specials on music and phone accessories.
