I have my basement water seepage with a heavy rain. We have dry walls and the water comes from the bottom. I cut a few areas of the dry walls to find out the seepage locations and it looks like coming from the wall just above the bottom.

The house was built in 2010, is a duplex with one side that gets flooded which started in October, 2016. It was dried successfully and only needed the carpet pad replaced. It was flooded again, but more seriously during the first of two rain storms Tuesday night, April 4th. Carpet and pad have since been removed and basement being dried by Servicemaster.
